Beta programme, open now

We are looking for beta testers.

Run WebWriteHQ against the estates you already manage. Every module, free for three months, with no card asked for. When it ends, you choose whether to stay. What we want back is what happened.

  • Every module from day one
  • Three months at no charge
  • Staying on is your choice
Become a beta tester

We need your input to make our dashboard better!

Help us by becoming a beta tester. You get the whole platform, every module switched on, running on the tenants you already manage, for the months the beta lasts and at no charge. You get the people writing the code on the other end of a message, and fixes that land in days. And you get to say what we should build next, while it is still soft enough to change. Whatever it builds in your Azure is yours to keep either way.

Join the beta.

CompleteOps, every module, on us for the three months of the beta. Pick the one that describes you and you go straight to sign up.

How a beta tenant gets to work.

Connect a tenant you already manage, describe the work once, and the platform builds it in that tenant and keeps the record on it.

Get CompleteOps on us!

We want you to test the platform for three months. Whether you keep it afterwards is entirely up to you, and there is no pressure either way.

Questions

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. CompleteOps is a gift for the three months of the beta, and the account ends on the last day rather than turning into a bill. No card is asked for when you join. There is no charge during the beta and none at the end of it.

What happens when the beta ends?

The account stops and you are not charged. If you want to carry on, you come back and renew, choosing which modules to keep. It is monthly, and there is no annual commitment.

Which parts do I get?

All of them. Beta testers run CompleteOps, which is the CloudOps base plus every module the platform sells. Everything you get is listed further up this page, and that list is generated from the product itself.

Do I need to type the code?

No. The button carries it for you, and the server checks it before the beta is granted.

What do I need before I start?

An Azure tenant you already manage, and a Global Admin who can consent to the connection. A new connection starts read only, so you can see what the platform finds before anything changes.

Who holds the access to my clients?

You do. The delegation is granted to your own tenant, in your clients' directories, and WebWriteHQ holds no customer token, secret, or certificate. Your client can withdraw the grant at any time without telling us.

Who is the beta for?

Service providers running Azure and Microsoft 365 for a book of clients, and in-house teams running their own estate. Both use the same product; you choose which at signup.
